Do you take my health insurance?
When you reach out to schedule your very first appointment, our office will go through the process of verifying whether or not your health insurance is accepted before you come in. Currently, we are accepting traditional Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Cigna, and several more pending approval to be in network. Give us a call at (574) 936-2643 and we can start the process now!
How often do I need to schedule an appointment?
Your care will be unique to you. If a diagnosis and treatment plan is provided, Londa will advise how often wellness check appointments should be scheduled to manage progress, go through alternative options, and check in on how you’re feeling.
Do I need to schedule separate appointments to discuss different health concerns?
We want to make sure that all of your health concerns are addressed with proper attention and care. If you come into your appointment with multiple concerns, we can discuss together which ones you would like to prioritize and begin with those. After those have been properly addressed, we will discuss the rest! It’s important to us that all of your concerns are heard, noted, and addressed in your appointments. No separate appointments are needed and we can discuss all matters together, as underlying symptoms can often be tied together. Please note that some health concerns may need additional appointments scheduled to discuss treatment plans in more detail together.
